The professorship for Theoretical Computer Science at Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany, is offering a fully funded PhD position starting from October 1, 2024, at the E13 TV-L salary level. Research focuses include algorithms for NP-complete problems and complexity theory. Applicants should hold or be near completion of a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. The position involves teaching responsibilities of 4 hours per semester, such as tutoring sessions.
